The successful candidate will enjoy a diverse role in conducting assessments of client needs and providing direct and indirect care to a geographically dispersed client base. In addition, the position will take responsibility for the development and delivery of relevant training content to ensure our Support Workers obtain the required knowledge and skillsets to deliver quality services. About YouOur ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional support services. Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery team, you will be a strong Practitioner with the ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of the NDIS and quality health care frameworks. With a commitment to best practice, you are comfortable in training others and possess an engaging and knowledgeable approach in training delivery.
