With extensive experience in delivering person centred support, our aim is to empower people with disability and ageing Australians to live a life of choice and independence.About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Service Delivery team on a part time basis (2-3 days per week). The successful candidate will enjoy a diverse role in conducting assessments of client needs and providing direct and indirect care to a geographically dispersed client base. In addition, the position will take responsibility for the development and delivery of relevant training content to ensure our Support Workers obtain the required knowledge and skillsets to deliver quality services. About YouOur ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional quality of service. Working collaboratively with the Service Delivery team, you will be a strong Practitioner with the ability to demonstrate a solid understanding of the NDIS and quality health care frameworks. With a commitment to best practice, you are comfortable training others and possess an engaging and knowledgeable approach in training delivery.
