Support Worker – Complex Needs

Support Worker - High Intensity SupportIn response to our clients and the needs of our community, we have increased capacity of our services and are looking for exceptional seasoned Support Workers to work closely with our clients and their families.Eligibility criteria:To be eligible for this role you must have a MINIMUM qualification of Certificate IV in Individual Support or Mental Health and/or AT LEAST 2 years experience dealing with clients who have complex high needs. We have a large volume of clients to assist and will require good availability. Open to overnight shifts a plus.Enrolled nurses / university students studying Paramedicine, Psychology, Mental Health, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or Social Work are welcome. Advanced qualifications in a relevant field will also be highly regarded.Some work may be in the client’s home. Clients will present with very complex support needs and may present with dual diagnosis.
